Regular discipline-specific meetings to extend your qualified learning and networking in a supportive environment.
Generous orientation support period:No billable targets for your initial 6 months to allow you to meet the team, shadow other therapists, attend internal professional development opportunities, settle into the culture of Pinarc and learn new processes while gradually building your caseload




Once you've completed your orientation period you will have a billable target of 65% or approximately 5 hours per full day for the remainder of your first year- bonuses offered when achieving over target

About the role:
You will be responsible for providing evidence-based clinical services under the mentoring and guidance of highly trained and experienced Senior Clinicians and Team Leaders, and make a real difference in the lives of children and/or adults with developmental delay and/or disability.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for day-to-day clinical services within the Therapy, Education and Support Services team;
Clinical service delivery under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
Engage in and lead clinical work that is guided by evidence based practice
Develop and communicate ideas for innovation and improvement
Recognise and support cultural, spiritual and neurodiversity of customers
Ensure clear customer documentation
Work collaboratively, with enthusiasm, recognising contributions from all members of the team
Actively participate in staff supervision process
Be solution-focused, honest and responsive to new directions and program requirements
Qualifications and experience:
Bachelor or Masters of Speech Pathology
Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia
Safety Screening including WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check
Salary: $86,408 (including super and annual leave loading)
