About BUSHY
BUSHY Landscapes is a multidisciplinary practice based in Sydney, Australia.
We design, build and manage landscapes, both natural and constructed, integrating restoration ecology, landscape architecture, construction and horticultural disciplines.

Our mission is to strengthen people's connection with their local environment, empowering them to better understand and manage natural systems.
We use ecological restoration as a way of thinking, not just a technical discipline.
It reminds us that landscapes are living systems, shaped by time, disturbance, care and neglect.
In a time of biodiversity loss and cultural disconnect from our setting, we believe restoration principles should be part of everyday landscape practice.
Our role is to make that feel possible, helping people understand, tolerate and care for natural systems.
The Role
You will be involved in:
Landscape architecture projects from concept through to construction
Design development and documentation
Client, consultant and contractor coordination
Working alongside our construction, horticulture and ecological restoration teams
Public domain projects across Sydney
Working with First Nations partners on selected projects
Proposals and business development
Supporting the continued growth of the landscape architecture division
Promoting ecology and environmental responsibility through design
About You
We are open to applicants from graduate through to senior level.
Experience levels could include:
A recent graduate looking to build strong project experience
A mid-level Landscape Architect ready for greater project ownership
A senior Landscape Architect looking for more responsibility and influence within a growing multidisciplinary practice
Experience with Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite and Enscape is preferred.
We value people who are collaborative, practical, design-focused and interested in the relationship between landscape architecture and ecology.
