Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Program Delivery Analyst / Business Analyst to support a major transformation program.
This is not a traditional requirements-focused BA role; it combines program governance, delivery coordination, stakeholder engagement and business analysis with hands-on use of automation and AI to improve delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities
Support program governance and coordination across multiple delivery workstreams
Own and maintain RAID registers, actions, decisions, dependencies and governance artefacts
Prepare program reporting, governance packs and executive-level presentations
Facilitate workshops and coordinate stakeholders across business, technology and vendor teams
Support process mapping, delivery analysis and continuous improvement activities
Identify opportunities to automate manual governance and delivery processes
Develop practical solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate and SharePoint Online
Improve collaboration and delivery visibility through Teams, Planner and Loop
Support business readiness, change impacts and UAT coordination where required




Key Requirements
10+ years' experience across Business Analysis, Program Delivery, Governance, PMO or Transformation
Experience supporting large-scale technology or transformation programs
Strong governance, RAID management, reporting and delivery coordinationcapabilityExcellentworkshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
Demonstrated experience implementing automation and process improvements
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Teams, Planner and Loop
Ability to work across multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Solid communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
Highly Regarded
Utilities or energy sector experience
Experience across major transformation programs
Customer Information System or SaaS implementation experience
Experience working with system integrators and consulting partners
Power BI, change or business readiness experience
