About the Role
This is a hands-on warehouse position, with approximately *****% of the role focused on forklift operations and general stores duties.
You will play an important role in ensuring products are safely received, stored, picked and dispatched efficiently, while helping maintain a safe, organised and productive warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operating a counterbalance forklift to safely move, load and unload stock
Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing deliveries
Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch
Receiving, checking and putting away incoming stock
Moving, organising and maintaining stock throughout the warehouse
Assisting with stock control and general stores duties
Ensuring products are handled, stored and transported safely
Assisting with manual handling and heavier products when required
Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised warehouse
Following all workplace health and safety procedures
Working collaboratively with the warehouse and operations team
Ensuring daily warehouse activities are completed efficiently and accurately

About You
We are looking for someone who is reliable, safety-conscious and physically capable, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to contribute across all areas of warehouse operations.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A current forklift licence
Demonstrated counterbalance forklift experience
Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, logistics or distribution environment
The ability to safely perform manual handling and some heavy lifting
A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
A positive attitude and dependable work ethic
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Full availability Monday to Friday - 7am - 3.30pm
