3PL Warehouse Administrator - $40 per hour
Our client is an establishedfashion 3PL logistics companybased in Padstow and is looking for an experienced3PL Warehouse Administratorto join their team.
This role is ideal for a senior administrator with3PL, warehouse, inventory management and customer service experiencewho is confident working autonomously and solving problems.
The Role
Manage customer enquiries primarily throughemail and Freshdesk.
Support day-to-day 3PL warehouse administration.
Monitor orders, inventory and deliveries.
Liaise with warehouse, transport and operations teams.
Resolve customer enquiries and delivery issues.
Maintain accurate customer, order and inventory information.
Assist with KPIs and service-level requirements.
Identify and resolve issues proactively.
About You




Previous3PL warehouse administration experience.
Stronginventory managementexperience.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
Confident with computers, email andMicrosoft Excel.
Experience withFreshdesk and Tomax WMShighly regarded.
Positive, reliable and qualified approach.
