As an Aboriginal Health Worker, you will provide versatile, culturally respectful care to Aboriginal individuals, families, and communities.
Key responsibilities
You’ll act as a key link between community members and health services, ensuring access, trust, and improved outcomes.
Support and build connections between community and health services.
Contribute to health promotion, education, and screening programs.
Maintain accurate records and ensure client confidentiality.
What you need
This is an Aboriginal identified role; can you outline your connection to community and how this connection/knowledge will inform the way you work with community in this role?
Hold or be working towards a Certificate III in Aboriginal Primary Health Care (or similar).
Solid understanding of Aboriginal culture and health issues.
