We now have a brilliant opportunity for aFull-Time Club Attendantto join our team.
As our Full time Club Attendant, you will be the face of Easts, displaying confidence, positivity, and enthusiasm, whilst ensuring our members and guests receive exceptional customer service.
This role involves a mixture of Bar, Gaming and Reception, and includes a variety of weekdays and nights, weekends and public holidays (rotating roster).
This is a permanent full-time position of 38 hours per week.
Please note: Applicants should ensure they have reliable transport to and from work due to our new late trading hours.
Duties and responsibilities:
Provide drink and food service behind the bar & café areas
Provide information on club activities
Work with poker machines, TAB and KENO
Meet and greet members and guests on arrival and departure
Promote our brand and promotions
Check membership cards and enforce Club by-laws and entry requirements
Handle internal and external calls




Initiate membership sign up and renewals
Support and mentor casual team members, and assist in maintaining service standards across the venue
Skills and experience that are highly desirable:
A professional and friendly telephone manner
Exceptional presentation and grooming
Current RSA & RCG Photo Competency Card (mandatory)
Previous experience in a club, hotel or hospitality venue
Availability across a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
A commitment to developing your career within the hospitality and club industry
