We are seeking an organised and customer-focused
After Hours Consultant
to support our clients and workforce outside of standard business hours. This role works
7:00pm to 7:00am
Wednesday - Saturday and plays a critical part in ensuring seamless staffing operations across a 24/7 environment.
About the ROLE
As the go to person for all types of planned and unplanned actions, you will be the first point of contact for clients and temporary staff during overnight hours. You'll manage bookings, fill shift requests, coordinate rosters, and provide administrative support to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound calls from clients and temporary staff
Fill last-minute staffing requests and vacant shifts
Enter and update rosters accurately
Manage bookings and schedule changes
Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving support




Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks
Liaise with internal teams to ensure service continuity
About You
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Previous hospitality experience is highly regarded
Solid administration and data entry skills
Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident using computer systems and multiple platforms
Previous rostering, scheduling, customer service, or administration experience
