Disability Support Worker – Casual – Sutherland Shire
Support children with disabilities in Sutherland Shire working closely with the same families on an
ongoing basis — not one-off shifts
. Ideal for experienced support workers or retired nurses/healthcare workers moving into disability support; full NDIS induction provided for career changers.
Key responsibilities
Provide daily personal and community support to children with disabilities
Build trusted, consistent relationships with participants and families
Assist with mobility, personal care, and community access
Maintain accurate documentation and incident reporting
About you
Current WWCC
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
Background in disability support, nursing, aged care or similar
