Eligible permanent teachers who hold a substantive teaching position in a North or South Education Region school, or a South West Education Region school* may elect to undertake this role as a 3-year mobility appointment, with a right of return to their substantive position.
Key responsibilities
As a HPE Teacher, you will deliver a differentiated curriculum which meets the needs of all students and have an expectation that all students can reach their potential.
Teaching practices must align with the Whole School Instructional Model, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all learning areas.
Build staff capability: Identify, develop and support our workforce through consistent, high-quality leadership.

Experience and or qualifications in Outdoor Education and the ability to deliver secure, engaging, practical learning experiences would be highly regarded.
Relevant outdoor and adventure based qualifications and skills including kayaking, mountain biking and MR bus licence would be an advantage to support the delivery of our diverse HPE programs.
