Our client is a busy and highly regarded specialist surgical practice seeking an experienced
PA/Medical Receptionist
to join their team.

About the Role
Working closely with the surgeon and practice team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and patient support, including:
Managing a busy appointment diary and coordinating consultations
Welcoming patients and providing a qualified, friendly experience
Answering patient enquiries by phone and email
Managing correspondence, reports and referrals
Coordinating theatre lists, procedures and patient bookings
Preparing documentation and ensuring patient records are accurate and up to date
Processing payments, invoicing and other general administrative duties




Liaising with hospitals, referring doctors and other healthcare providers
Supporting the surgeon with day-to-day PA and administrative requirements
We are looking for someone who has:
Previous experience in a medical setting.
Is highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident dealing with patients, doctors and medical professionals
Strong attention to detail and takes ownership of their work
Calm and professional in a busy environment
