About Our Client
We have multiple clients across North Brisbane including but not limited to Brendale & Banyo with a focus on Transport & Logistics. They are currently seeking experienced Vehicle Allocators to commence ASAP.
What You Will Be Doing
With multiple different roles available, successful candidates will be required to work Monday to Friday across variable shift times, with the potential to pick up daily or weekend overtime. Pay rates will vary depending on position but can range between $43-$45 per hour.
Depending on your position you will be responsible for the below duties;
Managing the allocation & scheduling of drivers within your fleet
Monitoring progress of the drivers
Checking off drivers runs sheet
Report and investigate missed services (system based)
Completing daily reports
Completing fatigue compliance and audits




Improve safety by actively providing feedback to drivers and supervisors
Ensure vehicle conditions are maintained to company standard by implementing regular interior and exterior vehicle inspections
Ensure operators are appropriately presented including uniforms and PPE requirements.
What You Will Need
Drivers Licence + reliable transport (HR licence highly desirable)
Able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol screen
Willing to undertake a police check
Previous experience in a vehicle/fleet dispatch or scheduling position
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively
A solid focus on health and safety
High attention to detail and problem solving focused
