The Opportunity
This is a unique role that combines Platform Engineering, DevOps, cloud operations and technical delivery.
Based in the South East, you will be the primary technology representative within the local business, supporting key stakeholders across e-commerce, marketing, sales and finance while partnering closely with global technology leaders.
You'll take ownership of platform operations across APAC, support cloud infrastructure and application deployments, coordinate offshore development resources and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support Azure Cloud infrastructure and platform services
Maintain and improve Azure DevOps pipelines, release processes and deployment automation
Monitor platform performance, reliability and security
Support Shopify-based ecommerce platforms and integrations




Coordinate and help drive delivery outcomes with an offshore development team
Act as the primary APAC contact for platform incidents and operational issues
Drive automation, operational maturity and continuous improvement initiatives
Platform Engineer -$100,000-$130,000 + Super, hybrid working, free onsite parking
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership and working across both technical and business stakeholders.
You'll ideally bring experience across:
Azure infrastructure and cloud services
Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
Platform Engineering, DevOps or Cloud Operations
Incident management and production support
Cloudflare or similar CDN/WAF platforms
Monitoring and observability tools
Shopify or ecommerce environments (highly regarded)
Working with offshore or distributed technology teams
