Job Description
UCC Australia is looking for a commercially minded, hands-on Amazon & B2C Websites and Marketplace Operations Manager to become the operational 2IC for Amazon, Shopify Stores and connected marketplace channels. You will manage the day-to-day operation of Amazon Vendor Central, Shopify stores, and connected marketplaces including Kogan, Everyday Market / Woolworths MarketPlus, JB Hi-Fi Marketplace, and Bunnings Marketplace. This role manages daily marketplace execution, prepares commercial recommendations, maintains catalogue, stock and order integrity, and implements approved channel decisions within clear guardrails.

Key responsibilities

Manage Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central day-to-day operations, keeping their commercial and fulfilment models separate and escalating material decisions
n
Manage Amazon catalogue contributions, new-product listings, availability, listing issues, scorecards, cases, shortages, claims, remittances, and account-health exceptions
n
Monitor Amazon Ads performance, budgets, search terms, and contribution after advertising
n
Manage Shopify trading and catalogue operations across brand websites
n
Maintain marketplace offer health across Kogan, Everyday Market / Woolworths MarketPlus, JB Hi-Fi, and Bunnings
n
Conduct SKU and channel profitability analysis after GST, product cost, platform fees, freight,



shipping recovery, promotions, returns, and advertising
n
Manage listing content, images, attributes, variants, bundles, GTINs, categories, pricing, and stock accuracy
n
Prepare weekly management reporting, action priorities, issue coordination, and commercial recommendations for approval
n
Maintain operational continuity and documented routine decision-making when the function lead is unavailable
n

About you
n
n
Hands-on ecommerce or marketplace experience with ownership of commercial and operational results
n
Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central experience
n
Shopify and ecommerce trading experience
n
Practical understanding of marketplace profitability, stock feeds, order SLAs, catalogue health, fulfilment, advertising, and customer outcomes
n
Advanced Excel or equivalent analytical capability, with transparent calculations and transparent assumptions
n
Experience working across sales, warehouse, finance, customer service, marketing, brands, and technical partners
n
Sound judgement around live changes, approvals, financial exposure, and marketplace risk
n
