We are seeking experienced
Change Managers (Darwin/Hobart/Perth)
to lead organisational change activities across complex projects. This role will partner with project sponsors, business leaders, technology teams, vendors and end users to drive readiness, adoption and sustained change outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver the change management strategy, roadmap and plans for projects.
Conduct change impact assessments across processes, roles, responsibilities, systems and ways of working.
Build strong relationships with executives, project sponsors, business SMEs, operational teams and end users.
Design and execute stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness and adoption activities.
Identify change risks, resistance points and adoption barriers, and implement practical mitigation strategies.
Facilitate workshops, briefings and engagement sessions to support business understanding and ownership.
Work closely with project managers, business analysts, functional leads and vendors to align change activities with project milestones.
About You
Proven experience as a Change Manager in large-scale transformations, system implementation, process improvement or operating model change projects.
Strong understanding of change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technology and process change into clear business impacts and practical adoption plans.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and frontline teams.
Strong facilitation, influencing,



problem-solving and stakeholder management capability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced project setting and manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
Background in health, government, utilities or other complex enterprise environments.
