NicheWorks Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled
Handyman/Builder/Service
Field Technician to join our team in QLD. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing efficient and reliable maintenance and handyperson services to our valued customers. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our clients' properties.

What you'll be doing
n
Perform a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks, including handyman work ranging but not limited to carpentry, tiling, floor repairs minor plastering and painting
n
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
n
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
n
Maintain detailed records of work completed and order materials as required
n
Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment
n
Collaborate with the broader team to identify opportunities for process improvements
n
Be able to use software programs for updating works and signing in and out of site
n
What we're looking for
n
Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a handyman or in a similar field service role
n




Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
n
Proficient in a range of maintenance and repair techniques
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Willingness to learn new skills and stay up-to-date with industry best practices
n
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
n
