Better Health Network is seeking a passionate Community Health Nurse to join our Homecare Services and provide person-centred nursing care to people living in the community.

This role involves working across Program areas including Support at Home and Post Acute Care, delivering clinical nursing care, care coordination and health education in clients' homes and other community settings.
