We are looking for an experienced Luxury Watch Sales Associate to join our Sydney team at a licensed second-hand luxury watch reseller.

This is a full-time, client-facing role suited to someone with strong luxury watch sales experience, excellent product knowledge and confidence working with pre-owned, high-value timepieces.

Key Responsibilities
n

Sell pre-owned luxury watches from leading brands including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Omega and other premium Swiss brands.
n
Provide a high level of personalised service to new and existing clients.
n
Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP and repeat customers.
n
Assist clients with buying, selling, trading and consigning luxury watches.
n
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable watches based on preference, lifestyle and budget.
n
Develop solid product knowledge across luxury watch brands, models, references, condition and current market values.
n
Follow up sales enquiries across phone, email, social media and in-store channels.
n
Assist with assessing watches offered for sale or trade, including condition, completeness and general marketability.
n
Negotiate and close high-value sales professionally while maintaining strong customer relationships.
n
Maintain accurate client, sales and transaction records.
n




Follow internal procedures relevant to operating as a licensed second-hand dealer.
n
Assist with merchandising, stock presentation and maintaining a premium showroom environment.
n
Work towards individual and team sales targets.
n
Support company events, promotions and other sales initiatives as required.

Requirements
n
n
Previous experience in luxury watch sales is required.
n
Experience with pre-owned or second-hand luxury watches is highly regarded.
n
Strong knowledge of major Swiss luxury watch brands, models and references.
n
Knowledge or experience in fine jewellery, diamonds or luxury jewellery sales is a strong advantage.
n
Proven sales experience within luxury retail, watches, jewellery or another high-value environment.
n
Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
n
Confidence handling high-value transactions and dealing with discerning clients.
n
Professional presentation and excellent attention to detail.
n
Ability to build client relationships and generate repeat business.
n
Motivated by sales targets and commission-based earnings.
n
Reliable, organised and able to work effectively within a team.
n
Must be available to work one weekend day as part of the regular roster.

Full-time position.

Based in Sydney.

One weekend day required each week.

Base salary plus commission.
