Due to our continued growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Public Activity Coordinator to be a full-time member of our team based in our Brisbane Head Office in Spring Hill.
n
We are wanting an experienced candidate who is honest, reliable and has a reputation for demonstrating initiative.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
n
n
Previous experience coordinating Surgery Connect activity within a private hospital, public hospital or Surgery Connect environment is highly desirable.
n
Demonstrated experience using SCAN, including patient monitoring, reporting, data extraction and activity management is highly desirable.
n
Understanding of patient registration, admissions and patient flow processes.
n
Experience producing operational and performance reports.
n
Knowledge of public hospital outsourcing programs and elective surgery pathways is highly desirable.
n
Experience engaging with Medical Practitioners and doctors' rooms is highly desirable.
n
Strong organisational and coordination skills.
n
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to administrative excellence.
n
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
n
Ability to identify risks and escalate issues appropriately.
n




Well-developed stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
n
Ability to influence outcomes across multiple sites.
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
n
