The Role
Based in our Canberra office,



where you'll work closely with senior engineers delivering structural solutions across a solid pipeline of commercial and development projects.
You'll be trusted to contribute meaningfully- not just design and disappear.
Projects
Multi-level/ High Rise residential/ commercial
Education (public & private)
Healthcare facilities
Commercial / office developments
Bulky goods retail & light industrial
What You'll Do
Deliver
structural design solutions
across commercial projects
Prepare
engineering calculations and analysis
Contribute to
concept through to detailed design
Produce
clear, buildable documentation
Coordinate with
architects, builders, and internal teams
Support drafting teams in delivering construction drawings
Attend site and respond to
real-world construction challenges
Engage in
design reviews and QA processes
What We're Looking For
Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
3–6 years' experience
in Australian structural consulting
Strong exposure to
commercial structural design
Solid understanding of
Australian Standards
Experience with Concrete and Steel Structures and basement shoring design is an advantage
Experience with tools such as
SpaceGass, ETABS, RAM Concept
Salary & Progression
