Centenary Memorial Gardens is seeking an experienced Memorial Sales Consultant to join our team. You will meet with families to discuss and present burial, cremation and memorial options available at Centenary Memorial Gardens, guide families through pre planning arrangements as well as at time of need enquiries, prepare quotes, contracts and paperwork for memorial and cemetery product purchases, conduct tours of the gardens, chapels and memorial areas with prospective clients, follow up on enquiries and maintain accurate client records in the CRM system, and liaise with internal operations and administration teams to coordinate service and memorialisation bookings.
Key responsibilities
Meeting with families to discuss and present burial, cremation and memorial options available at Centenary Memorial Gardens
Guiding families through pre planning arrangements as well as at time of need enquiries
Preparing quotes, contracts and paperwork for memorial and cemetery product purchases
Conducting tours of the gardens, chapels and memorial areas with prospective clients
Following up on enquiries and maintaining accurate client records in the CRM system
Liaising with internal operations and administration teams to coordinate service and memorialisation bookings
Achieving individual sales targets while maintaining a compassionate, family first approach




About you
Several years of experience in a sales, account management or client facing consultative role
Experience preparing quotes, contracts or paperwork for product or service sales
Communication skills suited to working with clients during sensitive and emotional circumstances
Experience maintaining accurate records in a CRM or database system
Current driver's licence
Experience within the funeral, cemetery, aged care or broader community services sector (highly desirable)
