Haymond Personnel is currently seeking reliable and hardworking
Process Workers
to join a busy and well-established
meat processing facility located in Blacktown
. If you're looking for stable, long-term employment with consistent hours and opportunities to grow, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a hands-on role working in a
cold, wet environment
, where you'll be part of a team preparing and packing quality meat products for distribution.
Shift Options
We have a variety of shifts available, including:
Early Morning:
From 4:00am
Day Shift:
From 5:00am
Afternoon Shift:
From 1:00pm
Evening Shifts
From 3:00pm
Please note:
Start and finish times may vary depending on production requirements, so
flexibility is essential
.
About the Role
Duties may include:
Meat preparation and processing.
Packing finished products ready for distribution.
Labelling and quality checking products.
Working on production lines.
Maintaining a clean and hygienic work workplace.




General manual handling and housekeeping duties.
Following food safety, hygiene and workplace health & safety procedures.
As production requirements change, you may work across different sections of the facility.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
A strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
The ability to work in a
cold and wet environment
.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and varying start times.
Good communication skills.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Physical fitness to perform repetitive manual tasks and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
A strong commitment to food safety, quality and workplace safety.
Desirable (but not essential)
Previous experience in food manufacturing or meat processing.
Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
