Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator
to coordinate the day-to-day operation of our warehouse, freight and local logistics activities.
You'll be the key link between
Warehouse, Customer Care, Sales, Supply & Demand Planning, Freight and our customers
, ensuring stock and customer orders are received, picked, packed, dispatched and delivered accurately and on time.
About the Chance
Ibex Australia is looking for an experienced and proactive
Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator
to coordinate the day-to-day operation of our warehouse, freight and local logistics activities.
You'll be the key link between
Warehouse, Customer Care, Sales, Supply & Demand Planning, Freight and our customers
, ensuring stock and customer orders are received, picked, packed, dispatched and delivered accurately and on time.
About the role
Coordinate daily warehouse priorities, tasks and workload.
Manage inbound stock, inventory and stock control.
Coordinate picking, packing and dispatch of customer orders.
Book and coordinate freight with approved carriers.
Organise local deliveries and customer pick-ups.
Identify and resolve operational issues early.
Proactively communicate any customer or delivery impacts to Customer Care.




Support trade sales when required.
Maintain a safe, organised and efficient warehouse.
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse and logistics processes.
While there are
no formal direct reports
, you'll provide day-to-day operational leadership by coordinating tasks, communicating clearly, sharing knowledge and leading by example.
About you
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in warehouse, logistics, freight or supply chain coordination.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Proactive and solutions-focused.
Confident coordinating priorities and workloads.
A clear and effective communicator.
Hands-on and willing to get involved.
Accountable and committed to getting the job done.
Safety-conscious and customer-focused.
Experience with
ERP, inventory or warehouse management systems
will be highly regarded.
