We are partnering with a well-regarded multi-awards winning Tier 2 builder with a strong presence across Sydney's luxury residential market. They are actively seeking a driven and experienced WHSE Advisor to support delivery of their $100M luxury project based in North Sydney.

The Opportunity
n
This is a site-based role supporting a $100M high-end residential developments on the North Sydney. Reporting to an experienced WHSE Manager, you will play a key role in driving safety compliance, improving systems, and embedding a strong safety culture across projects.
n
You'll be working closely with site teams to ensure best practice WHS standards are upheld while contributing to the successful delivery of multi-million-dollar builds.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Drive WHSE compliance through site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
n
Deliver toolbox talks, pre-starts, and site-based training
n
Manage WHS documentation including SWMS, inductions, and registers
n
Assist with incident investigations and implementation of corrective actions
n




Maintain emergency preparedness and site safety standards
n
Provide regular reporting on WHS performance to senior management
n
n
About You
n
n
4-6 years' WHS experience within the construction industry
n
Experience working on Class 2 residential projects highly regarded
n
Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (or equivalent)
n
Solid understanding of NSW WHS legislation and compliance requirements
n
ICAM certification advantageous
n
Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence site teams
n
Hands-on, proactive approach with a strong commitment to safety
n
