We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our friendly and supportive General Practice team.

Key responsibilities
n

Providing high-quality patient care and clinical support
n
Immunisations and health assessments
n
Wound care and dressings
n
ECGs, observations and clinical procedures
n
Assisting doctors with procedures and minor surgery
n
Chronic disease management and care plans
n
Health promotion and patient education
n
Maintaining infection control and clinical standards
n
Accurate clinical documentation and record keeping
n
Working collaboratively with doctors and the practice team
n
n
About you
n
n
Current AHPRA registration
n
General Practice experience preferred but not essential
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Compassionate, professional and patient-focused
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Friendly and supportive working setting
