Your duties will include:
Conducting routine inspections
Organising tenancies
Ingoing inspections
Liaising with tenants regarding maintenance
Chasing rental arrears and invoices
Organising appointments
Prospecting including cold calling and door knocking
Redirecting bills and entering bills
Assist with property managers day to day duties
To succeed in this role you will have to:
Be confident to take phone calls
The ability to manage and prioritise your time
Be punctual
Be able to work in a fast paced setting
Be open to working 6 days a week
Certificate of registration or willing to obtain one prior to starting
