Job Description

We're seeking an enthusiastic and diligent weighbridge operator for work in the waste management sector. In this role you will support the day-to-day operations of the facility by ensuring the safe and accurate flow of materials.

About the role

n

Kempsey, NSW location

n

Shift hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

n

Chance to work occasional weekends/public holidays

n

Duties may include:

n

Serving as a primary point of contact, providing explicit directions to arriving customers and drivers.

n

Inspecting, weighing and recording data for all vehicles entering and exiting the facility.

n

Operating a stop-and-go light to allow customers to safely move through the facility.

n

Providing high-quality customer service to site visitors.

n

General labouring duties as required such as maintaining the cleanliness of the weighbridge area.

n

What we're looking for

n





Previous experience in weighbridge operating or similar is highly desirable

n

Robust literacy, numeracy and computer skills

n

Ability to pass a functional assessment including D&A; screen

n
