As a Guest Services Specialist, you will be responsible for creating exceptional member experiences while supporting the daily operations of the club. More than a reception role, this position is at the heart of the member experience. As the first point of contact, you will create meaningful connections, deliver outstanding service, and help foster the welcoming and vibrant community that makes ATRIA Wellness Club unique.
We're also looking for someone to champion our marketing requirements, including internal visuals and social media content across Instagram and LinkedIn.
Key responsibilities
Welcoming members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
Conducting club tours and assisting with current member enquiries and sign-ups
Responding to member requests, questions, and feedback in a timely and skilled manner
