Warehouse Manager | Bulky Goods & Furniture
Location: CBD, NSW
Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 + Super
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
I am looking for an experienced
Warehouse Manager
to step in and take full ownership of a busy NSW facility.
If you have a solid background in furniture or bulky goods, love leading a team, and know how to run a clean, safe, and efficient floor, I'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain, you'll be running daily operations and leading from the front:
Leading the Team: Guiding, training, and motivating a floor crew of 5 staff to keep engagement and productivity high.
Daily Operations: Overseeing container scheduling, devanning, incoming stock, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Inventory & Stock Control: Keeping stock accuracy tight through regular cycle counts, full stocktakes, and accurate reporting.
WHS & Safety: Driving a solid safety culture on site, particularly around safe manual handling of heavy and bulky items.




Process Improvement: Finding practical ways to streamline floor processes and boost operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
Furniture / Bulky Goods Experience: Direct, hands-on experience managing a site that handles heavy, non-standard items is essential.
Strong Leadership Skills: A proven track record of managing, developing, and getting the best out of a team.
Logistics & WMS Savvy: Solid understanding of warehouse systems, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain logistics.
Safety First: Up-to-date knowledge of WHS regulations and protected manual handling practices.
Organised & Practical: A proactive problem-solver who can handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
