Job Description
As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of IT projects across Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud infrastructure, security, networking and modern workplace technologies. Working closely with our Project Manager, Service Desk, Pre-Sales team and customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. You'll enjoy a mix of technical implementation, stakeholder engagement, solution design input and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Deliver Microsoft 365, Azure, infrastructure and security projects
n
Lead technical implementations and migrations
n
Work directly with clients to understand requirements and manage expectations
n
Create and maintain project documentation
n
Manage technical risks and dependencies
n
Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers
n
Support solution design and pre-sales activities
n
Ensure projects are successfully transitioned to operational support
n




Provide technical guidance to internal teams where required
n

About you
n
n
3+ years delivering IT infrastructure or cloud projects
n
Experience within an MSP or IT services setting
n
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
n
Microsoft 365
n
Windows Server
n
Active Directory and Group Policy
n
SharePoint Online
n
Exchange Online
n
Virtualisation platforms (Hyper-V and/or VMware)
