The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a
Marketing and Business Development Analyst
to join the growing Marketing team at our Kent Town office.
This is a newly created role supporting our contracting divisions; Industrial & Commercial Construction, Mining & Industrial Services, and Steel Solutions. You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager, Construction Director and Business Development teams, with real exposure to senior leaders from day one.
Put simply: you'll become our HubSpot person, and you'll turn what's in it into insight the business can act on.
What you'll be doing
Taking ownership of our HubSpot CRM. Data clean up, pipelines, custom fields, workflows, forms and user access.
Setting data standards and helping teams across the business use the system properly.
Building dashboards and reporting on pipeline, campaigns and lead performance.
Researching the markets we build in (warehousing, car parks, food & beverage, logistics and more) and tracking project pipelines and competitor activity.
Turning that research into clear recommendations for BD, estimating and divisional leaders.
Supporting sector-specific collateral, case studies and campaign activity.
Maintaining a central market intelligence library that feeds tenders.
What we're looking for
Demonstrated experience administering and optimising HubSpot (or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform) at a hands-on level.
Solid Excel skills and a natural interest in data, you enjoy digging into numbers and finding the story.
Working understanding of business development in a contracting/tendering environment (project pipelines, relationship-based sales, long sales cycles).
Marketing experience in a B2B, project-based or technical environment - construction, mining, industrial services, manufacturing or similar sector experience highly regarded.
Good written communication and the confidence to present findings to key stakeholders in the business.
Nice to have (not essential)
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.
Experience researching or tracking specific end-markets (e.g. warehousing/logistics, government and public infrastructure, food & beverage)
Exposure to Power BI or similar
Hubspot certification(s)
Join a growth-focused, values-driven business where your expertise makes a real impact. Enjoy a range of benefits including:
Employee Assistance Program for you and your family
Discounts across health insurance, gyms, travel, retail, and more
Generous paid parental leave
Annual Employee Donation Scheme
Regular team and social events
Career development and progression opportunities
