Role: Production Operator
Location: Picton Site
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key responsibilities include:
Operating and monitoring food production equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.
Setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting processing equipment as required.
Maintaining product quality and ensuring production targets are achieved.
Conducting routine equipment checks and reporting any faults or maintenance requirements.
Following GMP, food safety, quality, and hygiene standards at all times.
Completing production records and documentation accurately.
Supporting changeovers, start-ups, shutdowns, and cleaning activities.
Working collaboratively with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams.




Complying with all site safety procedures and proactively identifying hazards and improvement prospects.

The ideal candidate will have:
Experience operating food manufacturing or processing equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
The ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work across different production areas as required.

Experience within the food manufacturing industry would be highly regarded.
