Maxwell Recruitment is currently seeking skilled, trade-qualified Boilermakers to join our client’s team based in Newcastle.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established local business, working with up-to-date equipment and a supportive team.

About the Role

You will be working across heavy fabrication and repair projects, with duties including:
Crack repairs and welding of pot shells from the aluminium smelter
Heavy repairs and welding
MIG and flux core welding
General fabrication and workshop duties
Working from drawings and specifications

What We AreLooking For
Trade-qualified Boilermakers/Fabricators
Previous heavy fabrication, repair and welding experience
Ability to successfully complete a weld test
Robust work ethic and positive attitude
Commitment to safe work practices
Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team

Successful candidates will be required to complete a Drug & Alcohol test prior to commencement.
