Adventist Senior Living (ASL) is seeking an experiencedMarketing & Communications Managerto join our team on a full-time basis.
This is a unique opportunity for a marketing qualified who wants to use their skills to make a genuine difference.
Working across Residential Aged Care, Retirement Living, Home Care and Corporate Services, you will lead marketing, communications and brand initiatives that help people understand ASL's services, strengthen community connections and support growth across the organisation.
You will play a key role in ensuring ASL's mission, values and identity are reflected in every interaction, campaign and communication, helping residents, clients, families and communities feel informed, connected and supported.

You are a strategic and hands-on marketing professional who is passionate about purpose-driven work.
You understand that effective marketing is about more than promotion.
It is about building trust, creating meaningful connections and communicating in ways that reflect care, dignity and respect.
You are an excellent communicator, relationship builder and storyteller who can work collaboratively with leaders, staff, residents, clients and families to share the impact of ASL's services and ministry.

HERE'S HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
Lead marketing and communication activities that support ASL's mission and strategic priorities.
Share stories that celebrate residents, clients, families, volunteers and employees while maintaining dignity and respect.
Develop engaging content across digital, social media, website, email and print channels.
Ensure ASL's brand, values and messaging are presented consistently and professionally.
Support occupancy, engagement and service awareness through effective campaigns and communication strategies.
Coordinate events and community engagement initiatives that strengthen connections and promote ASL services.
Foster positive relationships with residents, clients, families, employees, community partners and external stakeholders.
Ensure marketing content accurately reflects ASL's commitment to compassionate, person-centred and Christ-centred care.
