Uniting AgeWell in Mornington is seeking passionate Personal Care Workers to join our Andrew Kerr Care Facility.
This part-time role focuses on coordinating personal care, following individual care plans and delivering compassionate support to residents.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, provide clinical and emotional support, and respond to changes in residents' conditions.
The position offers part time shifts at the Mornington facility.
