As a Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for supporting a broad range of purchasing and sourcing activities, ensuring processes run efficiently while delivering value across the business.

About the role:
Support day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities across the business
Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in line with company procedures
Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure procurement requirements are met
Support sourcing activities, including obtaining quotations and evaluating supplier options
Monitor supplier performance and assist with issue resolution when required
Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier data, and documentation




Ensure procurement activities align with organisational policies and regulatory requirements
Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency
Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver cost-effective procurement outcomes
About you:
You're a proactive and detail-oriented procurement professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering quality outcomes.
You thrive in a fast-paced setting and can balance competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and customer service.
You will also bring:
Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a similar role.
Extensive knowledge and experience using SAP Success Factors will be advantageous.
Understanding of procurement principles, purchasing processes, and supplier management
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Well-developed organisational and time management abilities
Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
