Make HR Happen | Join Our People Services Team
We're looking for an experiencedPeople Services Coordinatorto join our People Services team and provide hands-on HR coordination and support across the employee lifecycle.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked in aPeople Services, HR Operations, HR Coordination or HR Advisory support environmentand enjoys being the person who keeps employee processes moving, responds to HR enquiries and ensures our people records and systems are accurate and up to date.
Reporting to the People Services & Programs Advisor, you'll work closely with employees, leaders, Payroll, Recruitment and the broader People Team to deliver a seamless employee experience.
What you'll do
Coordinate keyemployee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employment changes, transfers and exits.
Provide responsiveHR support to employees and leaders, resolving day-to-day enquiries and escalating complex matters when required.
Coordinatework rights, visa and employment compliance requirements, including VEVO checks.
Maintain accurate employee information, documentation andHRIS/workforce system records.
Partner withPayroll, Recruitment and the broader People Teamto resolve issues and ensure HR processes are completed accurately and on time.
Support People initiatives and identify opportunities toimprove HR processes, systems and the employee experience.
What you'll bring
Previous experience inHR Coordination, People Services, HR Operations or a similar hands-on HR role.
Practical experience coordinatingemployee lifecycle processes for existing employees, rather than recruitment-focused administration.
Experience responding toHR enquiries from employees and leadersand managing matters through to resolution.
Strong organisation and attention to detail,



with experience maintainingHRIS and employee records.
Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
A proactive, collaborative mindset, with experience working acrossPayroll, Recruitment and People teams.
Experience with work rights, VEVO or employment compliance is highly regarded.
