Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced and drivenBusiness Development Managerto support the growth ofnew energy and renewable training programs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening doors, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
You'll be responsible for proactively engaging clients across industry, while also managing astrong pipeline of warm leadsgenerated through an existing database and networks.
About the Role
This is a hands-on business development role focused on expanding training partnerships within the renewable and current energy sector.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to promote training solutions that meet industry and workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage new clients within the renewable and new energy sector
Manage and convert warm leads from the existing client database
Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, industry partners, and stakeholders
Promote training solutions aligned with industry demand and compliance requirements
Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits as required




Achieve agreed sales and growth targets
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide pipeline reporting
About You
Proven experience inbusiness development, sales, or account management
Experience withintraining, education, RTO, energy, construction, or technical industrieshighly regarded
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and results driven
Comfortable managing both warm leads and new business development
Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment
