Civic - Store Seasonal Team Member - Canberra City
Universal Store is looking for passionate, customer-focused team members to join our team throughout the Christmas trade period.
This is a Casual prospect, and successful candidates must be available to work from October **** through to 7 February ****.

Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable in-store experiences.
Build strong relationships with customers and develop a loyal client base.
Contribute to achieving sales targets and store performance.
Support day-to-day store operations, from stock room to shop floor.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
Work collaboratively as part of a positive and high-performing team.
Skills and Experience
Previous retail experience, ideally in fashion or customer-focused environments.




Strong passion for customer service and creating memorable customer experiences.
Warm, enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently with customers.
Reliable and flexible, with availability throughout the Christmas trading period.
A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to support where needed.
