Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver / Warehouse Hand to join the F and Co team in Merrylands, NSW.
This is a full-time position that combines warehouse operations with delivery responsibilities.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are efficiently stored, packed, and delivered to our customers on time.
This position is based on-site at our Merrylands facility, where you will contribute directly to our operational success and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and responsibly
Load delivery vehicles with products, ensuring proper organisation and secure packaging
Deliver goods to customers within designated routes, adhering to delivery schedules
Obtain customer signatures and delivery confirmations
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any mechanical issues promptly
Assist with receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods in the warehouse according to inventory management procedures
Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and safety compliance
Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
What we're looking for
Valid driver's licence (preferably with a clean driving record)




Ability to lift and carry heavy items as required (up to 25kg or more)
Physical fitness and stamina to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
Attention to detail in picking and packing tasks
Reliable, punctual, and can-do attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
