Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Sales Representative role based in Gold Coast.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and promoting Pulse Healthcare Supplies' product range to dental, medical, aged care, and other healthcare providers.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales visits and product presentations, responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.




The role also involves working closely with internal teams to coordinate stock availability, delivery timelines, and after-sales support, while maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking systems.
The Sales Representative is expected to meet sales targets, stay informed about product developments and market trends, and represent the company professionally at industry events and customer meetings.
Qualifications
Experience in sales, account management, or business development within healthcare, medical, dental, or related industries.
Strong customer relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Solid communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present products clearly and handle objections effectively.
Competence in using CRM systems, email, and standard office software to manage leads, opportunities, and customer records.
Ability to work independently on-site, manage a territory, and prioritize visits and follow-ups to achieve sales goals.
Understanding of healthcare procurement processes and familiarity with dental, medical, aged care, or infection control products is highly regarded.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region for customer visits and occasional events.
Relevant qualifications in sales, business, healthcare, or a related field are an advantage.
