This role is for anEXPERIENCED LEGAL SECRETARY seeking aFULL TIME role.

We are an established and reputable law firm located in the Hurstville CBD and practise in a variety of areas including; commercial law, family law, estate planning, tax and property.

The Role
Opening and maintaining client files
Liaising with clients
Diary management
Preparing briefs to counsel
Filing, archiving, and records management
Answering phones and managing messages
General administration duties to support the smooth running of the office

Your Skills & Experience
Robust attention to detail and accuracy




Excellent organisational and time management skills
Friendly, professional, and approachable
Transparent and confident communication skills, both written and oral
A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in as needed
Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) & Leap preferred but not essential
