We're looking for an experienced Fire Systems Administrator to support our busy Asset team. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a fire protection or trade-based environment and is confident using Uptick to manage jobs, compliance and reporting.

We're looking for an experienced Fire Systems Administrator to support our busy Asset team. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a fire protection or trade-based environment and is confident using Uptick to manage jobs, compliance and reporting.

You'll play a key part in keeping work flowing smoothly - supporting technicians, managing job data, and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.

What You'll Be Doing
Managing jobs and workflows using Uptick
Raising and closing jobs, tracking progress and updating job status
Coordinating compliance documents, reports and service records
Supporting Fire Technicians and Supervisors with admin requests




Liaising with internal teams and external customers as needed
General administration support for the Fire business

What We're Looking For
Proven experience using Uptick (desirable)
Previous admin experience within fire, construction, trades or services
Robust attention to detail and confidence handling compliance documentation
Positive communication skills and a practical, team-focused approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment
