We’re on the hunt for a passionate Barista/Cafe All Rounder to join our friendly team at the Beach Willow Nursery Café, nestled within a thriving plant nursery in Mt Duneed. If you love excellent coffee, warm hospitality, and a beautiful garden setting, this could be your perfect gig!

About the Role
Craft consistently excellent coffee and beverages
Provide warm, productive customer service
Assist with light food prep and café operations
Maintain a clean, organised workspace
Help create a welcoming experience in our leafy, relaxed workplace

Working days: Weekdays and Weekend Hours as required.

What We’re Looking For




Minimum 1 year barista experience (dialling in, milk texturing, latte art proficient)
Friendly, team-focused attitude
Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
A love of nature, plants, and the local community
