Astute Financial Management is a leading financial services company based at Toowong . We support over 700 finance brokers and financial planners throughout Australia and New Zealand.

We are seeking an energetic person to provide support to our Member network with the use of our recently upgraded Customer Relationship Technology Platform provided by Salestrekker, - GEM.

Previous work experience within a lending setting as a loans processor, loans officer or mortgage broker would be advantageous. An interest in the practical use of technology and experience with Apply Online, Simpology or other Lending CRMS would be well regarded.

Skilled manner and presentation




Hands on skill with PC computer applications including all Microsoft Office programs and Internet (specifically Outlook & Excel)
Ability to work to deadlines
Able to work as part of a team

Your responsibilities will include:
Provide first level support and training to our members on using our loans processing system.
Provide credit and practical user support to members' support staff (ie Office Managers, loan processors) on our CRM
Work closely with Technology & Support Manager and team to ensure all member and corporate systems support our business processes
Assist in the maintenance and use of databases & other technology platforms supporting credit and finance applications as required
Support all departments within Astute corporate office with individual system requirements

This role is based in our office that is located in Toowong.
