The Weigh Auto Group is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team in Rockhampton Queensland. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support for their automotive needs. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment within the Automotive Trades industry.

What you'll be doing
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Actively engage with customers, understand their vehicle service requirements and provide recommendations
Effectively communicate with the service team to coordinate repairs and maintenance, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, work orders and vehicle histories
Provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicle and any additional work required
Assist with booking and scheduling service appointments to maximise workshop efficiency

What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry




Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively interact with customers
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Proficient in using automotive service software and systems to manage repair orders and customer records
A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
Flexibility to work in a rapid-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs
