Frankston Tyrepower is seeking an experienced Wheel Aligner/ Tyre Technician to join our Tyre Retail business to cater for increasing levels of workshop traffic. This is a full-time position, offering a market-competitive salary and excellent benefits. As a Wheel Aligner/ Tyre Technician you will be responsible for performing precision wheel alignment work, tyre fitting and balancing.

What you'll be doing
Perform precision wheel alignments to manufacturer specifications
Inspect and diagnose tyre-related issues
Repair and replace tyres using specialised modern equipment
Balance & fit wheels in accordance to required specifications
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Ensure the workshop is well-organised and clean





What we're looking for
Previous experience as a tyre fitter or in a similar automotive role (Minimum 2+ Years)
Robust technical skills and ability to troubleshoot and diagnose tyre-related problems
Previous experience performing wheel alignments in accordance to vehicle specifications ( Minimum 2+ years
Knowledge of tyre safety, regulations, and industry best practices
Well presented
Self motivated & willing to learn
Current and valid drivers licence (manual & auto)
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers when necessary.
