Flex Physio Cairns
is seeking a motivated physiotherapist (experienced or passionate graduates) to join our team.
About Us:
Flex Physio Cairns is a reputable, established private practice with a strong referral network of local GPs and specialists. We focus on building long-term movement resilience across a diverse caseload—predominantly privately funded patients, alongside WorkCover, DVA, GPCCMP, CTP, and occasional NDIS clients.
Our team includes four senior physiotherapists, including a
Tilted Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
and clinicians with ***** years of experience. We foster continuous learning through monthly in-clinic PD sessions featuring guest speakers and peer case reviews.
Our clinic is centrally located in Cairns, just steps from local coffee spots and minutes from the Esplanade, local markets, and shopping precincts.
The Role:




This part-time role is open to both experienced physiotherapists and motivated recent graduates. You will manage a varied musculoskeletal caseload with the flexibility to direct bookings toward your specific clinical interest areas (with opportunities for hydrotherapy and home visits).

no weekend work!

Mentorship:
Tailored 1-on-1 mentoring with our Tilted Musculoskeletal Physio.
Remuneration:
$80,000 – $120,000 FTE (commensurate with experience) + Super + Bonus Incentives.
Growth:
Annual PD allowance ($1,500 FTE) plus internal training.
Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy (Bachelor's or Master's).
Current AHPRA registration and full working rights in Australia (Note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role).
Professional indemnity insurance (or willingness to obtain prior to start).
Solid clinical reasoning and individualised patient management skills.
Ability to build genuine client rapport and maintain a consistent caseload.
Commitment to ongoing professional development.
Private practice experience is preferred, but motivated new or recent graduates seeking structured, high-level mentorship are strongly encouraged to apply!
