Your Role
Complete installations safely, accurately and to a high standard
Measure, calculate, troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues
Protect customers' homes and leave each work area clean and tidy
Communicate clearly with customers and the support team
Document and report installation issues when required
If interested, discuss suitable additional products with customers and convert genuine opportunities into sales
What You Will Need
An active ABN as a sole trader or registration as a Pty Ltd company
Your own reliable vehicle, ideally a van with roof racks, and appropriate tools
Installation experience in blinds, curtains, awnings, security products or a related trade is advantageous but not essential
Strong measuring, calculation and practical problem-solving skills
Organisation, attention to detail, reliability and punctuality
A qualified, customer-focused approach and clear communication skills
The ability to work independently, manage your schedule and meet deadlines
For optional sales work: confidence discussing customer needs and recommending practical solutions
Experience in Security Door & Grill Installations
