We are currently seeking passionate and motivated Qualified Chef to join our kitchen team.

The Role
n
This is a hands‐on role suited to chefs who thrive in a busy service environment and take pride in consistency, presentation and teamwork.
n
You will be responsible for:
n
n
Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
n
Assisting with daily kitchen operations and smooth service flow
n
Supporting menu development, specials and seasonal offerings
n
Maintaining excellent food presentation and attention to detail
n
Supervising and mentoring junior kitchen staff
n
Upholding food safety,



cleanliness and kitchen organisation standards
n
Working collaboratively with the Head Chef and Sous Chef
n
Contributing positively to team culture and service standards
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role you will have:
n
n
Trade qualifications in Commercial Cookery (Cert III or equivalent)
n
Minimum 2 years' relevant industry experience
n
Strong organisational and communication skills
n
Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
n
Passion for quality food, creativity and hospitality
n
High standards of cleanliness and professionalism
n
Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
n
